Labour Council supports WoodGreen workers out on strike – October 2014

聯合工人(Workers’ United)的會員因為不滿減少前線員工和僱用更多管理層的人員，於10月9日在WoodGreen Community Services舉行罷工。管理層建議工人加薪1.25%，而他們有24%加幅。工人罷工了兩星期直至確認臨時協議。

Workers’ United members were out on strike at WoodGreen Community Services on October 9th over reducing frontline support staff and the hiring of more management. Management was proposing a 1.25% increase for workers while taking a 24% increase themselves. Strike lasted two weeks until an agreement was finally ratified.
